One place: Your guide to public services in England

The area information on Oneplace comes from an evaluation of public services known as Comprehensive Area Assessment. These assessments ended in June 2010. This website covers the annual assessments first released in December 2009, and will not be updated further.

Add Oneplace to your site

We've created two HTML 'widgets' so you can include a Oneplace search on your website. One is a postcode search, the other is a drop down list of areas, both of which take your users through to the relevant area pages on this site.

If you would rather link directly to an area, we've set up friendly links for all the areas covered by this site. You can download an Excel spreadsheet list of all the friendly area links (opens in new window).

We've also created a link resource pack (opens in new window), including a logo, so you can add a branded link to Oneplace from your site. The logo is also available in PNG and GIF formats:

How to add the widgets to your website

Download the HTML text files:

Copy and paste HTML into the relevant web page on your site. You can apply your own styling.

If you want to include a Oneplace logo alongside the search box, download the link resource pack (opens in new window), which includes a logo.

If you need a logo with a background colour other than white, or have any other queries regarding implementing these tools, please complete the contact form on the Audit Commission website, selecting 'website' as the subject of your enquiry.
